Please read our rules and regulations very carefully. These rules and regulations apply to all students and families even if they disagree on them.

ATTENDANCE

  • Classes start at 7:50 A.M. Students should arrive at school before 7:30 A.M. Students who come late will not be allowed to attend.
  • The school gates will open at 1:30 PM. The school is not responsible for students after 2:00 PM.
  • Students may not attend classes, be issued books, or receive official documents from the School until all fees have been paid as scheduled.
  • In case of examination absence a medical report issued from a governmental clinic is required. Otherwise, the exam shall not be repeated and a zero score will be granted. Being late isn’t an excuse.

PARENTS

  • An appointment should be arranged for any meeting with the administration or teachers, that is, between 1:45-2:30 only.
  • The school is not responsible for students after 2:10 PM.
  • Any complaint should be written and submitted to the administration.
  • Any official document needed from the school should be requested by filling up the appropriate form. This official document will be submitted in a minimum of three days period from the day of applying the form.
  • Parents are not allowed to enter the school campus (except the administration) during normal studying hours unless there is an official permission.
  • The school is not responsible for lost of any money or valuable things from any student. Moreover the parent has no right to request any kind of compensation.

STUDENTS

  • Students are not allowed to leave the school campus before the end of classes unless there is an official permission.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the school campus after the end of classes except with their parents or any other relatives.

  • The school is not responsible for students after 2:10 PM.

TRANSPORTATION

  • Students pickup and drop of assembly points are in the nearest possible place.
  • Eating or drinking are not allowed inside the bus.
  • Throwing anything outside the window is strictly prohibited.
  • Standing, jumping, or dancing are dangerous and not allowed.
  • In case family shifted their address or newly registered in transportation:
    – Parents should inform the school in a written application 1 week before shifting.
    – Changing buses is subject to administration approval.
    – Parents should drop their children on the day of changing the bus.
    – Parents have to describe the new address to the new bus driver.
  • Bus registration is subject to cancellation in case student misbehaves.

FINANCIAL

  • Tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payable in three installments, no later than January 20 (post dated cheque).
  • Additional fees of AED200 should be paid for every bounced cheque.
  • Students may not attend classes, be issued books, or receive official documents from the school until all tuition fees have been paid as scheduled.
  • Discounts are given to families under Need-Based Financial Aid Program (N-FAP) or Distinction Scholarship Award Program (D-SAP).
  • Books prices are fixed and payable in cash and upon collection.
  • In case parent want to pay cash against a post-dated-cheque, The cheque amount should be paid one week prior to cheque date. Otherwise the cheque will be sent to the bank for collection.
  • Final year certificate is distributed to students with clear account.
  • In case if registration is cancelled during the academic year for any reason tuition fees are calculated as follows (for each student):
    – Within 1 week from registration a fees of AED500 apply.
    – Within 2 weeks from student attendance 10% of tuition fees apply.
    – Within 1 month from student attendance 20% of tuition fees apply.
    – Within 2 months from student attendance 50% of tuition fees apply.
    – Within 6 months from student attendance 100% of tuition fees apply.
  • All discounts and financial facilities are automatically cancelled in case a cheque is bounced or tuition fees are not cleared before the end of the year.
